1. When does my order ship? Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service the day they are place, expect if you place an order or Saturday, Sunday, or holiday. In this instance, the order is shipped the following Monday. Please allow 7-10 shipping days.
2. Why can't I find Sincerely Yours products in stores? We want to keep our products affordably priced, therefore we avoid placing our items on store shelves where the mark-up is upwards of 50%.
